All the templates you need. All in one place. Just pay the cover, and you’re in for life.

it’s like a membership, but with no monthly fee—with contract templates drafted specifically for wedding professionals

When it comes to contracts, we have a few hot takes, and we’re not about to hold back:

Your wedding business is only as solid as your contract.

Not that you need us to tell you that. But we’ve worked with dozens of wedding vendors (and spent time in wedding vendor Facebook groups) and we’ve SEEN what happens when the contract only covers half of what it should.

You probably don’t need a custom contract.

We’d argue that you’re better off with a solid template written by someone who gets your business, instead of a custom contract written by a local attorney who doesn’t know a thing about the wedding industry.

Contract templates shouldn’t be $500 apiece.

Because new wedding vendors NEED contracts. But we know that’s only one of the investments you need to make when you’re starting a business.

Not every contract template is completed equal.

Like we said above, you want a contract written by someone who knows the challenges you face as a wedding vendor, from third-party payors who overstep their role to exactly what kind of parking space a cake decorator requires.

IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY, YOUR CONTRACT PREVENTS SURPRISES WHEN IT COMES TO:

WHO DOES WHAT

Contracts = boundaries. Protect your time and energy from scope creep.

Who owns what

You get to set the terms when it comes to your intellectual property.

who pays what (and when)

No more missed payments—or third-party payors who think they have the right to redesign the floral arrangements.

For just $200, we’ll give you everything you need to build a custom contract—or you can just swipe one of our attorney-drafted templates created with wedding vendors in mind. And that’s just the beginning. You get them all, in one place, for a one-time price. No nickel and diming per template.

Because let’s be clear about one thing: when we refer to “your contract,” we’re actually talking about all the legal documents you use in your business. Like…

THE 6 TYPES OF CONTRACTS EVERY WEDDING
BUSINESS NEEDS

(And yes, you’ll find them all inside The Contract Club.)

And those are just the basics. We’ve got you covered if you’re starting a podcast, planning a styled shoot, or sponsoring a local event.

I just sent out a contract for full-service wedding planning and received this response:

“This contract is so thorough! It’s a really split + reassuring way to start this process with you.”

I went years with a subpar contract drawn up by a lawyer who wasn’t well-versed in my industry, full of holes and gaps. I had to constantly revise after poor experiences with clients, telling myself “I need to have something in my contract about this!”

Having the Contract Club has been such a godsend! It really covers everything.

2.create your own contract

Think of it like a buffet table, but for contracts. We give you all the clauses you need—plus videos that explain the legal terms involved—and you use them to create your own contract.

And because we know the wedding industry, we’ve drafted clauses that cover specific, real-life situations our clients have encountered, from drunk guests harassing your team to bright red candle wax all over the linens when they’re returned.

When you build your contract, you’ll also be able to choose the payment terms that work best for you. We’ve also drafted clauses to cover travel fees, additional hours, and even percentage-based pricing for wedding planners.

The Contract Club is truly a no-brainer.

I’ve purchased singular templates from other contract shops before, and I was tired of buying additional contracts and addendums. As a creative service business, I offer so many different services that require different clauses and contracts. And I get all those contracts with the Contract Club—all for $200!

  • "This is a “run, don’t walk” purchase. I purchased the Contract Club for one specific document to fill one specific need. Then I actually took a peek one day, and there were a ton of other ones that I needed because I became a course creator and digital product seller. I couldn’t believe I scored all those documents (and so many more) for only one price."

    Brandy Blackford | Sweet I Do’s

  • "I planned on beefing up my contract last year when the Contract Club fell in my lap! It was the perfect way to build a contract that fits my services. In fact, I had a potential client ask for a couple of additions to my contract. With the Contract Club, I was able to quickly find what I needed. He said he could tell my contract was written by a professional."

HEY, I’M BRADEN, AND YES, I’M A REAL LAWYER

Specifically, I’m a California attorney with a master’s degree in tax law.

I’ve worked with hundreds of creative business owners, including photographers, wedding planners, and DJs through both my law firm and my group coaching programs.

The Contract Club was founded because I believe everyone should have access to solid, attorney-drafted contracts, even if they’re a year away from turning a profit.

  • These resources all look amazing, you should charge more for this.

    Caitria Mir | Verdant Boise

  • Ugh. Amazing! I am truly embarrassed at how little information I had on my previous contract. His videos were incredibly helpful and guided me to create a template for my contract in no time at all!

Samantha Hocker | Dawn Til Dusk

  • I did the course when it first dropped and am circling back during the slow season. I love that so much more has been added! It's definitely a MAJOR source of value!!

Regina Burrus | Weddings by Regina Marie

  • So far I love it! I have my contract mostly completed — need to tweak a few things here and there. I have had a basic contract for years that likely hasn't fully protected me. I'm thrilled to see it encompasses so much more.

Nikki Shea Melton | Weddings with Nikki

  • I decided no more of this nonsense bullshit contract thrown together on Adobe. The price is a no brainer, so I jumped in and here we are!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Contract Club is a one-time payment, so we don’t label it a membership. However, we add new templates each month, have a support community, and take template requests.

Candidly, we know we could make more money if we charged you monthly. But we’ve chosen to keep it as-is to give an affordable option for business owners who need legal protection.

  • Yes—all Contract Club contracts are created using general U.S. contract principles that apply across all 50 states. While contract law varies slightly from state to state, the core terms in our templates are legally sound nationwide.

If you want to make sure your contract complies fully with contract law in your state, we recommend that you have a local attorney look over your customized contract. Which will still cost far less than having them create one from scratch.

  • Our templates are specifically drafted for U.S.-based wedding vendors using American contract law. However, many of our international members (in Canada, UK, Australia, Europe) have successfully adapted our templates with help from a local attorney in their country. The core structure and clauses provide an excellent foundation that can be modified for your jurisdiction. Just (please!) remember to have a lawyer in your country review before using.

  • That's exactly why we created the "build-your-own" contract system! Even if we don't have a pre-built template for the exact service you offer, you can use our contract builder to create a custom agreement that fits your unique business. Plus, you can request new templates in our member community—we add 3 new templates every month based on what members request.

  • Nope! That's the whole point. Our templates come with step-by-step video tutorials that walk you through exactly how to customize each section for your wedding business. We've made it as simple as "fill in the blanks" - you'll see yellow highlights and helpful comments throughout showing you exactly what to modify.

One of our members even hired a lawyer to review her Contract Club template and he said it looked great with only minimal changes (saving her thousands compared to custom drafting).

That said, it’s never a bad idea to have it reviewed by an attorney local to you.

  • One-time payment. Forever. You pay $200 once and have lifetime access to everything—all 100+ current templates, all future templates we add (3 per month!), the member community, the training videos, and any updates we make. No recurring charges. No monthly fees. Pay once, access forever.

  • Just request it! We have an active member community where you can submit template requests. We monitor requests daily and add the most-requested templates to the Club. We're constantly growing the library based on what our 3,500+ members actually need. You might be surprised once you’re inside—we probably already have something that works. If not, we'll create it soon.

  • That's what the member community is for! You can ask questions, get guidance on specific clauses, and even request help with minor edits. We monitor the community daily to help you out. Plus, each template comes with detailed video tutorials and built-in comments explaining exactly what each section means.

  • I love all the options with the template and the bot but my favorite thing is that I am learning also. It was recommended by so many wedding planners
