Yes—all Contract Club contracts are created using general U.S. contract principles that apply across all 50 states. While contract law varies slightly from state to state, the core terms in our templates are legally sound nationwide.

If you want to make sure your contract complies fully with contract law in your state, we recommend that you have a local attorney look over your customized contract. Which will still cost far less than having them create one from scratch.

Our templates are specifically drafted for U.S.-based wedding vendors using American contract law. However, many of our international members (in Canada, UK, Australia, Europe) have successfully adapted our templates with help from a local attorney in their country. The core structure and clauses provide an excellent foundation that can be modified for your jurisdiction. Just (please!) remember to have a lawyer in your country review before using.
